Chicken Shawarma

Chicken Shawarma | Tefal Recipe

Juicy, marinated chicken bursting with bold Middle Eastern flavour, air-fried to perfection and topped with fresh herbs and onions.

Ingredients

  • 500g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tbsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tbsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Black pepper and salt

Method

  1. Cut the chicken into thin slices. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate for 12 hours in the fridge.
  2. Put the marinated chicken in your Tefal Air Fryer and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with chopped parsley and chopped onion.
