Cucumber Mint Sorbet

Ingredients
- 85 g sugar
- 110 ml water
- 280 g cucumber
- 10 mint leaves
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
Method
- Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Leave to cool until warm.
- Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces.
- Using a blender, blend the previously prepared syrup with the cucumber pieces, mint leaves, and lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
- Place the lid on and put the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the 'Sorbet' program.
- Enjoy immediately.
Tips: For an ultra-refreshing cucumber mint sorbet, add a small amount of grated ginger. This will enhance the flavor and add a touch of spiciness to your recipe.
