Raspberry and Agave Syrup Sorbet

Ingredients
- 110 g agave syrup
- 65 ml water
- 260 g raspberries
Method
- Mix the agave syrup, water, and raspberries in a recipient.
- Using a hand blender, blend everything to obtain a smooth texture.
- Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
- Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the 'Sorbet' program.
- Enjoy immediately.
Tips: If you want a smooth sorbet without seeds, pass the mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds. Then pour into the bowl before freezing.
