Vegan Almond Light Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 300 ml oat milk
- 40 g agave syrup
- 4 g corn starch
- 150 g white almond puree
Method
- Mix the oat milk, agave syrup, and corn starch in a saucepan. Over a medium heat, bring to the boil while whisking constantly until the mixture slightly thickens.
- Remove from the heat and add the white almond puree. Stir until smooth, then leave to cool until warm.
- Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
- Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the 'Light Ice Cream' program.
- Enjoy immediately.
Tips: Serve with roasted oat flakes.
