Breakfast Muesli

This Breakfast Muesli combines dates, oats, shredded coconut, apple and nuts, pulsed together for a quick, wholesome mix for a nutritious start to your day.

Ingredients

185g dates, softened in boiling water then drained
40g oats
40g shredded coconut
225g diced red apple
120g nuts (almonds and macadamias)
Natural yoghurt, to serve

Method

Install the Kneading and Crushing blade on the i-Companion XL.
Pulse the dates, oats, shredded coconut, nuts and apple until the mix looks like muesli, approximately 20-30 seconds, be careful not to puree.
Divide into 2 bowls and top with natural yoghurt and chia seeds.
