Ingredients

  • 6 skinless chicken fillets cut into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1.5 tablespoons of ground oregano
  • Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of paprika
  • 5 cloves of chopped garlic
  • Tzatziki

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the lemon juice, oregano, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic. Add the chicken and stir to coat it with sauce. Thread the ingredients onto 20 cm wooden skewers.
  2. Set the your Easy Fry & Grill air fryer to GRILL mode at 200°C and preheat for 15 minutes. After preheating, place the chicken skewers in the air fryer. Cook for 20 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through cooking. Repeat with the second batch.
  3. Serve the chicken kebabs with tzatziki.
