Harissa Lamb Straps
Enjoy this tender lamb cut with a spicy Moroccan twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 Lamb Back Straps
  • 2 tbsp Harissa Paste
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dukka

For the Sauce:

  • 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Rub the straps with the olive oil and the harissa paste until well coated, then set aside for a few hours.
  2. In the Easy Fry & Pizza, cook for 10 minutes at 200°C OR in the Easy Fry & Grill, preheat the grill, then cook at 200°C for 6 minutes, turn and cook for another 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with duke and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  4. For the sauce, blend all the ingredients, splash onto your serving plate and top with the spicy, sliced lamb straps.
