Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin | Tefal Recipe
A juicy pork tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto and Dijon mustard, air-fried for a quick and savoury dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pork Tenderloins
  • 20 thin slices of prosciutto
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Spread 2 40cm long sheets of cling wrap on your work surface.
  2. Lay down 10 slices of Prosciutto on each, so that they slightly overlap one another.
  3. On a separate plate, rub the tenderloins with Dijon mustard and season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Now lay 1 tenderloin on each prepared bed of prosciutto.
  5. Using the cling wrap lift one side bringing the prosciutto over the tenderloin.
  6. Now lift the other side ensuring the pork is neatly wrapped.
  7. Cover and seal with the wrap and set aside until your ready to cook.
  8. Cut the wrapped tenderloins in half to fit your air fryer basket
  9. Place on the tray and air fry at 185°C for 25 minutes
  10. Serve with roast potatoes and sauerkraut.

Tip: For a richer alternative, swap out the Dijon mustard for sun dried tomato pesto
