Quark and Lemon Light Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 150 ml whole milk
- 250 g quark
- 40 g agave syrup
- 1 yellow lemon (zest and juice)
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a recipient.
- Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
- Place the lid and put the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the 'Light Ice Cream' program.
- Enjoy immediately.
Tips: Replace the lemon zest and juice with citrus of your choice.
