Creamy Basque cheesecake with a delicately caramelised top and luscious centre.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp sugar (40 g)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 5 tbsp heavy cream (70 ml)
  • 1 tbsp flour (10 g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. In the bowl, whisk the egg and sugar together. Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, flour and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Set the YumMeal to Combi mode, heat setting 2/3 and cook for 15 min.
  3. Leave to cool before serving. The center should remain slightly wobbly.
