Chocolate French Toast

Chocolate-studded brioche French toast with a soft custardy centre.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp milk (75 ml)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (30 g)
  • 2 slices brioche
  • 5 squares chocolate (25 g), shaved

Method

  1. In the bowl, whisk the egg, milk and sugar together.
  2. Cut the brioche into large pieces and soak them in the mixture, then sprinkle with the shaved chocolate.
  3. Set the YumMeal to Air Fryer mode, heat setting 3/3 and cook for 6 min.
  4. Enjoy directly from the bowl.
