Ingredients

  • 8 slices of pancetta, diced
  • 400 g penne pasta
  • 250 g frozen peas
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
  • 600 ml water
  • 120 g fresh goat's cheese
  • A few sprigs of chives

Method

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Fry the pancetta in the Cook4me. Set aside.
  3. Put in the pasta, peas, onions and garlic. Pour in the water.
  4. Pressure cooking: 6 minutes
  5. Mix together and serve with crumbled goat’s cheese, pancetta and finely chopped chives.
