Ingredients
- 500 g spring rolls wrappers
- 200g shredded boiled chicken
- 50g boiled rice noodles
- 1½ cups shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- 1 medium-sized chopped onion
- 2 chopped green onions
- ½ cup chopped bell peppers
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 beaten egg
Method
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, rice noodles, cabbage, carrots, onions, green onions and bell peppers.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Mix ingredients until combined.
- Place around a spoonful of the filling mixture into a spring roll wrapper. Repeat until quantities are finished.
- Fold the 2 outside ends of the wrapper then close the bottom and roll up the rolls.
- Place the spring rolls in the drawer of Tefal EasyFry Steam & Grill Air Fryer.
- Brush the top of spring rolls with beaten egg and turn EasyFry on. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
- Serve with soy sauce and/or sweet and sour sauce.
