XL Chocolate Chip Cookie

A giant warm chocolate chip cookie with a soft, gooey centre.

Ingredients

  • 40 g butter
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar (40 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 7 tbsp plain flour (90 g)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (3 g)
  • Chocolate chips (50 g)

Method

  1. In the bowl, add the butter. Set the YumMeal to Induction mode, heat setting 3/3 and cook for 2 min.
  2. Add the light brown sugar, egg, flour, baking powder and chocolate chips. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Set the YumMeal to Combi mode, heat setting 2/3 and cook for 10 min.
  4. Leave to cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
